This website (“Website”), www.choosi.com.au, is owned and operated by Choosi Pty Ltd. When accessing and using this Website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Terminology
‘Our’, ‘us’ and ‘we’ refers to Choosi Pty Ltd, ABN 15 147 630 886, of 50 Norwest Blvd, Norwest, NSW 2153. The words ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to users of this Website.
Privacy
We are committed to adhering to the Privacy Act (1988) and will ensure that the highest levels of privacy are maintained on this site. All information that we process on this site or through our call centre will be managed and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your obligations
You will use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions set out here. You will only use this website for personal use for obtaining information directly related to your insurance needs, obtaining insurance quotes and conducting insurance related transactions or queries.
You will not use this site for commercial purposes, to perform any activity which affects the integrity or security of this site, for unlawful or fraudulent activity or to gather or monitor information/data contained within this website using any spider, robot, screen scraper, data aggregation tool or other device.
When requesting information or obtaining a quote you will ensure that all information that you provide to us is complete and correct so that we can provide you with an accurate quote or the relevant information. If you fail to do so any insurance that you purchase through this site may be void.
Financial products
When purchasing a financial product, such as Pet Insurance, Life Insurance, Funeral Insurance, Car Insurance, or Home and Contents Insurance through this website, you are responsible for reading the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) to ensure you understand what you are covered for. Should you not understand the Product Disclosure Statement or if you have any further questions you should call our call centre.
You are able to get a quote on behalf of another person, however, you should obtain their permission before doing so and ensure that the information that you provide about them is correct. If you are purchasing insurance on behalf of another person they need to be present with you at the time of the transaction.
The products we compare, and that can be arranged directly through us, are distributed by Greenstone Financial Services Pty Ltd (ABN 53 128 692 884; AFSL 343079), the owner of Choosi. The products that can be arranged directly through us are limited to the following brands: Australian Seniors Insurance Agency, Guardian Insurance, Prime Pet Insurance, Real Insurance, RSPCA Pet Insurance, Guide Dogs Pet Insurance and Kogan Life Insurance.
Where requested by you we can provide access to a range of other life insurance brands by referring you to a third party adviser. If you purchase a product as the result of a referral we will receive a referral fee.
The Home & Contents Insurance and Car Insurance products we compare are issued and distributed by a third party financial services licensee, Compare The Market Pty Ltd (ACN 117 323 378 AFSL 422926) (CTM). If you choose to purchase these products, we will refer you to CTM and will receive a referral fee.
Our obligations
We will provide you with an online and telephone service which will allow you to obtain insurance quotes, compare policies and then purchase an insurance policy. We will not add any fees to the policies that you will purchase through this website. While we do receive commissions from the insurer, the price you pay will be no greater than the standard rates available from the insurer.
Choosi does not have access to all products available in the market and there may be aspects of some products that we don’t compare. Choosi can provide access, subject to underwriting, to all brands listed on our website but for some brands, where requested by you, we will refer you to a third party insurance adviser to arrange cover.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the content that we publish on this site, as well as the quotes provided on this site. However, we cannot ensure the accuracy of any content written by third parties, for example for Customer Reviews.

This website contains information of a general nature about Choosi and the insurance products offered in the marketplace. The Website does not take into account your objectives, financial situations or needs or provide you with personal financial advice or investment advice. Because of this you should, before acting on any information on this Website, consider its appropriateness to your personal circumstances, by reading the relevant PDS which is available on this Website.
All quotes provided to you are done so on the basis of the information that you provide. We do not control the price or conditions of the price offered to you.
Where we provide information about taxes and other government levies or initiatives, it is provided in a general nature only and you are encouraged to seek professional advice to determine whether it applies to you. Choosi will take steps to update the available information as it becomes aware of changes, but does not take responsibility for informing you of any change in circumstances. You are therefore encouraged to check the website regularly for any changes.
